Using Pre-Made Email Signatures
Are you sending (yawn) boring, hum-drum emails to your friends and family? Learn how to spice up your emails and make them come alive.
The quickest and easiest way to get started, is to use pre-made email signatures. After you have mastered the technique of using these pre-made signatures, you may want to try your hand at making your own personalized signatures. But, for now, we'll use some pre-made email signatures. At the bottom of this page, you'll see a menu labeled "Pre-Made Email Signature Sites". This menu has links to some really cool pre-made email signatures. Select one of the links where you would like to visit (by clicking one of them). To return to this page, press your "back" key.
After you've found a pre-made signature that you think will look great on your emails, then you have to work with the codes. CODES...WHAT CODES? Pre-made email signatures are usually accompanied with HTML codes (we'll get into HTML coding later). These are the codes that tell your browser: where to go, what to do, and how to do it. These codes can be installed into your signature box, quickly and easily, by cutting, copying, and pasting (or CCP, for short). Here are the basic instructions to install these codes.

Some of the creators of email signatures have included these same instructions for your convenience...how thoughtful of them! But, for those who haven't, you can take a look at their creations, and, then return to this short tutorial by using your "BACK" KEY.
Tutorial ~ Installing Pre-Made Email Signature Codes Into Your Signature Box
1) First, FIND the pre-made email signature that you want to use. (There is a menu you can choose from, at the bottom of this page).
2) Most pre-made signatures have the HTML codes printed in a "CODE BOX" that is usually directly underneath the image of the email signature.
3) Use your "ARROW" KEYS to move your cursor into the "code" box. After you put your cursor into the "code" box, be sure your cursor is blinking. If it isn't, press the "RETURN" KEY.
4) Press and hold down the "CMD" KEY and at the same time, tap the "A" KEY. This will highlight the code.
5) Release the "cmd" key.
6) Press and hold down the "CMD" KEY and at the same time, tap the "C" KEY (you'll hear a click). This means you have copied (or saved) the code into your browser's memory.
7) Release the "cmd" key.
8) Go to your "SIGNATURE BOX". To get there, press your "MAIL" KEY. This will take you to your "MAIL" PAGE. Click the word "SETTINGS".
9) You should now be at your "MAIL SETTINGS" PAGE. Click the word "SIGNATURE".
10) You are now at your "MAIL SIGNATURE" PAGE. Check to be certain your CURSOR IS BLINKING, and is positioned at the extreme TOP LEFT CORNER of your signature box. (If your cursor is not positioned at the top left corner, use your "ARROW" KEYS to get that bugger up there.)
11) Press and hold down the "CMD" KEY and at the same time, tap the "V" KEY. This will "paste" the code (that is in your browser's memory) into your empty signature box. Release the "CMD" key.
12) Scroll down to the bottom of the "MAIL SIGNATURE" PAGE and click the word "DONE".
13) You are now at your "MAIL SETTINGS" PAGE. Once again, click the word "DONE" at the bottom of this page.
14) Now you are back at your "MAIL" LIST. Click on the word "WRITE" to see your newly created email signature.
